Chris’s first record contract resulted in Chas Chandler (Hendrix/Slade/Animals) producing his band Drill and opening for Slade on many tours. Chris then replaced Gary Tibbs (Roxy Music) as Adam Ant's bass player for Adam's solo years appearing on ‘Goody Two Shoes’ through to ‘Vive Le Rock’ – an album produced by Tony Visconti.
